Here is an audio that I recorded years ago. I'm not a rapper or hip hop artist and do not aspire to be, but I do record from time to time. This is just another form of expression and some words I had to get out. Song form felt best. Hope you like. This song is simply titled
"I'm Me"
"I'm Me"
Hunger(acapella)- Part of my upcoming Collection L>S.D. This is an unconventional piece about a want. Liked the way it sounded over audio so I decided to post it.
DayBreak- This is part of my Doric Anthology. Message is up for interpretation. Poem with an homage to Joy Division. Strictly for entertainment purposes as I do not own the rights to music.
Revival Mixtape: 80's 90's 00''. This is an interpretation of classic hip hop songs. Over 45 beats used in 15 songs spanning an hour of pure passion. Please listen and I hope I did them justice and respect to the artist that originally blessed these beats.

3) Legacy-Undeniably the most influential single hip hop artists in the 90's or ever. These four living and passed left impressions on lyricists before and after. No argument that these four changed the landscape of mainstream music. Insightful yet popular music strategically placed in our memories for decades. My recordings are only a tribute to the greatest. 2Pac-Trading- War Stories, Pain,
Notorious B.I.G-Who Shot Ya, The What, Jay-Z-Bring It On, Feelin It, Nas-The World is Yours, It Ain't Hard to Tell
Notorious B.I.G-Who Shot Ya, The What, Jay-Z-Bring It On, Feelin It, Nas-The World is Yours, It Ain't Hard to Tell
4) Unsung-These artists were just as sharp in lyrics as the more known of that time. They were the core of the 90's hip hop movement and didn't get their due in the 2000's. This is my tribute to them. Big L-Put it On, Heltah Skeltah-Let the Brainz Blow, AZ-Uncut Raw
5) CaliBreeze-Had to give the West Coast a try. Went unconventional with the selection of instrumentals. I felt a better vibe with these beats. Souls of Mischief-93 Til Infinity, Snoop Dogg-Gin n Juice, Dr. Dre-Still
6) Transcend-Rare Topics from abstract deliverers. The artists allowed me to speak freely over these tracks. A Tribe Called Quest-Lyrics to Go, Camp Lo-Luchini
7) Quiet Storm -Different takes on relationships. Pharoah Monch-The Light , A Tribe Called Quest-Find Our Way
LL Cool J-Hey Lover.

8) Luminous-Influenced by conscience, enlightened words from true emcees. Pete Rock & CL Smooth-T.R.O.Y

9) South Bipolar-Went in a different direction with the South. Used the introspection of the original songs to create my own thoughts. The South varied in ideals and these three groups brought a lyrical density rivaled to any artist. These three groups spawned classic and still relevant artists most notably being Scarface of Geto Boys Cee Lo of Goodie Mob and Big Boi and Dre 3000 the obvious, Outkast. So here goes my rendition. Geto Boys-My Mind is Playing Tricks on Me, Goodie Mob-Cell Therapy

0) TangSooDo-Wu Tang Wu Tang Wu Tang!! This group came with emcees, each with their own sharp lyrics and each one could be considered on a top emcees list of all time. Vivid description of street life, fantasy, pure raw lyrics, and storytelling, along with trailblazing production by the Rza, spawned a whole family of artists and followers. Their influence is seen in other artists even to this day and they brought a lot of urban culture to a global media. They have been my most important influence and a lot of my writings have their imprint.
Individually or as a group they successfully transcended media. Films, TV, Literature. Though they are not as popular as a collective they still are present and growing strong. Wu Tang Forever!
Wu Tang-Bring Da Ruckus, Protect ya Neck, Ghostface Killah-Daytona 500, Method Man-Bring da Pain
Raekwon-Verbal Intercourse, Inspectah Deck-9th Chamber

11)OneManTerrorSquad-From Diggin in the Crates Crew to Twinz to Terror Squad. LGP(latins going platinum), had a collection of artists that are still popular(Fat Joe) to legends(Big Pun), Originators (The Beatnuts) to underrated (Cuban Links). Consitently putting out music these artists even without the driving force of Fat Joe and Big Pun were nice in their own right. The Beatnuts were mainstays in the game and Terror Squad were recognize as a top group back when, but do not get the praise now that they deserve.
Fat Joe-Gotta Flo Joe, The Beatnuts-Off the Books, Big Pun-Capital Punishment

12) Blaze- Underground at its finest. The Arsonists. This group signified Hip Hop. Every element of the culture they took pride in and represented to the fullest. Rap, BBoy, Graf artists, Djing. Lyrical dexterous and creative they rhymed with enthusiasm you could hear in each track. They never slacked in their poetry and this song Blaze shows how viciously they could attack beat. As the World Burns was a classic album most don't know about. As a suggestion to me check them out and you will not be dissapointed.

13) Steam- A beat that has been used in various media. Shaquille actually freestyled to this on TNT NBA. DJ Shadows Building Steam With a Grain of Salt. Not recognized by all but his music still finds itself in various outlets. This beat in particular is frantic and aggressive.
14) Ox Dialogue-Last but definitely not least this group was never given the recognition it deserved. The consummate underground artists, Cannibal Ox. Harlem and Bronx "born" lyricists driven by the beats of El-P of Company Flow, the lyrics were true underground but the production took you to outer space. Gritty lyrics and galaxy beats the Cold Vein album is a definite play through. This might be my personal favorite because the non constraints of the music. It is still hip hop and Cannibal Ox shows you that urban poetry can be put over any form of music.
